PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MESA) today announced it has reached an agreement with US Airways to extend and expand their existing Capacity Purchase Agreement (CPA). Under the terms of the new agreement, Mesa will continue to operate 20 CRJ-900 aircraft under the US Airways Express brand and will add nine new CRJ-900 aircraft to its current fleet. The new aircraft are expected to be delivered and enter service throughout 2015 and 2016. The term of the agreement has been extended to March 31, 2022.
