Foley began his career in 1986 as an aircraft mechanic for Piedmont Airlines. He later transitioned to flight operations, serving as a pilot, check airman, and eventually chief pilot. Prior to joining Mesa in 2006, Foley served as Vice President of Flight Operations for Independence Air. During his tenure at Mesa, Foley has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President and COO. "Paul has been an integral part of Mesa's success over the past decade," said Mesa Chairman and CEO Jonathan Ornstein. "His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in helping us navigate the challenges of the airline industry and achieve our operational goals."
